HRM department is the core responsible area of the organization which is engage with employees to create and development their whole career life. It is essential to equip the employees with the necessary tools and equipment they need to do their jobs properly.

Providing to employees the following learnings and opportunities makes up the training and development aspect of the organization.


πŸ“–Providing lessons, learning material necessary tools

In the present, most of organization use Learning management Systems (LMS) to improve the learning culture of the organization. And also, learning materials such as projectors, pen drives, CDs and other stationeries are provided to the employees to easily attend the trainings.
The development of the LMS is borne by HRM department and  the training programs are uploaded to the system as well.
New hardware and software installation and update are helpful for attend the training program without any hesitation and these kind of things should have done by HRM department.


πŸ“–Providing the necessary trainings required

According to the new directives and procedures employee should be updated to continue the services to the customer. The economy changes, central bank announcements also share with the team through trainings.

As above HRM department has responsibility to organize the training program related to the topic and give the information to the whole organization.

 

πŸ“–Evaluate the training progress

Trainings are important for every employee of the organization for the career developments and organization development some employees are actively participated to the trainings and others are not keen to attend the trainings.

In this regard HRM department should have monitoring a system to evaluate the process. In the beginning of the year the training hour goal target should be added to the goal setting with the financial targets and the evaluation process should be carried out end of the year.

      Thank you for your valuable comment. LMS is the most effective method to reach the employee and the evaluation process also easy in this system. As you mention above, the system should be updated with new lessons and easy access is most important to los without any hesitation.
