In the banking industry, it is regulatory changes in a single year. For this reason, it is critical to have the ability to rapidly and effectively update content without the need to completely re-establish courses. It is essential to use an eLearning authoring tool that enables you to swiftly make adjustments and apply them to all courses.
πEnsuring all staff meet training standards
It’s vital that all staff complete their training in full and to a satisfactory standard, and that any gaps are spotted and dealt with speedily. When training is being delivered on a large scale, it can seem like a big challenge to have a complete overview.

Many banks have been in the business for a long time, and many of their employees have been there for a long time. When new initiatives and training plans are introduced, there may be resistance to change as a result, and problems could come from a preference for established procedures.
πStaff in multiple locations
It may be difficult to provide employees in branches, offices, or the field with access to training. Some branches are in remote area and there are few staffs working with tide schedule. Therefore they are unable to release a staff members to training activities.
